I send You our view of the system from company TOMST. We use this system to control the quality of lettercollection. Beginning of this year we had pilotphase in Tallinn (biggest city in Estonia). The results were really good: we have now opportunity to see when the postboxes were emptied, are the tracks completed as described in trackplan, are trackplans realistic.
About system: The software is simple to use and manage. We get out all statistic what we need. If there are changes in trackplan, then we can change it also in software without any problems. Hardware is working without problems. We had technical problems with other vendors (we have there different weather conditions). The scanners are comfortable and there are no technical problems at all. In this period we are taking the system to use in all the country.
To summarise this: we are very pleased with this system and its important component in our processes.

The portable electronic sensor is lightweight, easy to use and most impressive feature which gets talked about amongst the guards is the Anti-Vandal system, the Profi sensor can distinguish between shock caused by an ordinary fall and shock caused by an effort to damage the sensor.
Any request that I had was met with positive response and action taken, it was indeed a pleasure to deal with M-Set Technologies.

I and my colleagues in BDS Security Management have been using the Tomst clocking system for some time now.
It is a very user friendly system and has many features which are extremely useful in monitoring daily activities. These features include individual officer identity, setting up patrol routes, compiling short or long reports, event key pad ( which can be completed on patrol) and anti vandal identification.
All attempts to interfere with the system are highlighted in red on the reports and an anti vandal report can be accessed separately. The system works well for us and the training and back up we receive from Martin Simral and his company is excellent.
We will continue to use this product indefinitely.
